Book NowYour child's body is telling a story. Our job is to listen carefully, observe closely, and build a plan that addresses the root — not just the symptoms.
A thorough 60-minute intake covering your child's full health history — birth, milestones, diet, sleep, immune patterns, and family background.
We connect the dots — linking symptoms like eczema, sleep issues, and frequent colds to underlying patterns in digestion, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.
A gentle, age-appropriate care plan — nutrition guidance, targeted supplements, lifestyle shifts, and natural remedies that fit your family's routine.
Regular follow-ups to track progress, adjust the plan as your child grows, and celebrate milestones — we're with you every step of the way.

Book NowThe things we hear most often — before, during, and after your child's first visit.
Yes. Naturopathic care for children uses gentle, age-appropriate approaches — nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and natural remedies at amounts suited to child's weight and stage of development. All treatment plans are evidence-based and reviewed with your child's full health picture in mind.
Not at all. Naturopathic care is complementary, not a replacement. We work alongside your pediatrician and any other specialists involved in your child's care. We're happy to collaborate with your existing healthcare team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
We see children from infancy through adolescence — newborns, toddlers, school-age kids, and teens. Each stage comes with its own patterns and concerns, and our treatment plans are tailored accordingly.
Every child is different, but many parents notice shifts within 3–6 weeks of starting a treatment plan — especially with sleep, digestion, and skin concerns. Deeper patterns like immune resilience and growth may take longer to fully shift. We track progress together at each follow-up and adjust as needed.
Your first visit is a 60-minute consultation where we take a deep dive into your child's health history — birth story, milestones, diet, sleep, immune patterns, and family background. We listen carefully, ask detailed questions, and start mapping potential root causes. You'll leave with an initial treatment plan and clear next steps.
Yes. We offer virtual appointments across Ontario so your child can be seen from the comfort of home. In-person visits are also available for families who prefer a hands-on experience. Both formats provide the same level of care and attention.
Many extended health insurance plans in Ontario cover naturopathic care. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer. We provide detailed receipts after each visit that you can submit for reimbursement.
