Trying for months with no results

You've been tracking ovulation, timing everything right, and still not seeing a positive test.

Irregular or absent periods

Your cycles are unpredictable, too long, too short, or missing entirely, and no one can explain why.

Unexplained infertility

Your tests came back "normal" but you're still not conceiving. You want someone to look deeper.

PCOS, endometriosis, or fibroids

You've been diagnosed with a condition that affects fertility and want a complementary approach.

A Note on Loss

If You've Experienced Pregnancy Loss

We don't rush past it. Pregnancy loss is real, and it deserves space — physically, emotionally, and clinically. We take time to look deeper: hormonal patterns, nutrient status, inflammatory markers, and clotting factors. You deserve answers, not just another round of trying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers about naturopathic fertility care and the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

How is naturopathic fertility care different from a fertility clinic?+
Fertility clinics focus on assisted reproduction — IVF, IUI, medications. We focus on why fertility is compromised. Through lab testing, cycle analysis, and personalized protocols, we address root causes like hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and inflammation.
What role does Traditional Chinese Medicine play in fertility?+
TCM has supported reproductive health for over 2,000 years. Acupuncture improves blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, regulates hormones, and reduces cortisol. Chinese herbal medicine supports follicular development and endometrial thickness. We integrate TCM as a core part of your care.
What testing do you run?+
Reproductive hormones (FSH, LH, AMH, estradiol, progesterone), full thyroid panel, inflammatory markers, metabolic health, key nutrients (vitamin D, B12, folate, iron), and when relevant, a DUTCH hormone panel. For male partners, we assess sperm parameters alongside hormonal markers.
Can naturopathic care work alongside IVF?+
Absolutely. We work with your reproductive endocrinologist to optimize egg quality, uterine lining, and sperm health before a cycle. Acupuncture is timed to stimulation, retrieval, and transfer. Studies show improved implantation rates with acupuncture around transfer.
Do you work with male fertility?+
Yes — fertility is a two-person equation. We treat male factor infertility including low count, poor motility, and morphology through targeted supplementation, lifestyle changes, and herbal support. TCM acupuncture has shown measurable improvements in sperm parameters.
Is naturopathic care covered by insurance?+
Many extended health plans in Canada cover naturopathic medicine and acupuncture. Check your benefits portal before your first visit. Initial consultation is $250 (75 min), follow-ups $200 (60 min), standalone acupuncture $150.
