What Is Direct Billing?

Direct billing means we submit your insurance claim on your behalf — directly to your provider — at the time of your appointment. Instead of paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement, you only pay whatever your plan doesn’t cover.

Does my plan cover naturopathic care?

Many extended health benefits plans in Ontario include naturopathic medicine. Check your plan booklet or call your provider to confirm your annual coverage amount.

Is acupuncture covered separately?

Some plans cover acupuncture as a separate category, while others include it under naturopathic medicine. We’ll help you figure out what applies to your plan before your appointment.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the full amount?

You simply pay the remaining balance at the time of your visit. We’ll always be transparent about costs upfront — no surprises.

Can I still get a receipt for my records?

Absolutely. We provide a detailed receipt after every appointment for your personal records or tax purposes.
