Our Approach
Because hormone health is too nuanced for a one-size-fits-all approach.
We listen to your full history — symptoms, cycle changes, sleep, mood, and what you've been told so far. No rush, no dismissal.
We don't just look at ranges — we look at patterns, ratios, and trends that others miss.
Targeted supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and acupuncture — built around your results.
Re-testing, adjustments, and real conversations — because hormone health evolves with you.

Common Questions
Honest answers about naturopathic hormone care and what to expect.
Naturopathic care is complementary to your existing healthcare — we add a deeper layer. We take time to understand the full picture: your history, your symptoms, and how your body is changing. Every protocol is personalized and built around your individual results.
Hot flashes and night sweats are among the most common reasons women come to us. We assess what's driving your symptoms and build a personalized plan to support your body through this transition. Every person's response is different, and your protocol is adjusted based on how you're doing.
Bone density loss accelerates after menopause. We assess your bone health markers and hormone levels, then build a protocol designed to support long-term bone strength. Your plan is personalized and adjusted over time based on your progress.
Not at all. Perimenopause can start in your late 30s or early 40s — years before your final period. If you're experiencing mood changes, sleep issues, irregular cycles, or brain fog, we assess what's happening and build a plan around you. We also support women well into postmenopause managing bone health, cardiovascular risk, and sexual health changes.
Yes. If you're already working with another healthcare provider on a treatment plan, we build supportive naturopathic care around that — sleep quality, stress resilience, and metabolic health — as a complement to what you're already doing. Your care is built around your full health picture, not just one aspect of it.
Every person responds differently, so there's no standard timeline. We track your progress through regular follow-ups and re-testing, and adjust your protocol based on how your body is responding. Some changes are noticed sooner than others — your plan evolves with you.
Many extended health plans in Canada cover naturopathic medicine and acupuncture. Check your benefits portal before your first visit. Initial consultation is $250 (75 min), follow-ups $200 (60 min), and standalone acupuncture sessions are $150.
